returns and complaints
If for any reason you would like to return the purchased items, you can do it according to the following rules:
- You can cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days from receiving the package.
- Before returning the package, you have to fill in the form provided below, or inform us in other written forms of withdrawal from the agreement.
- Mailing back the items must take place within 14 days from the moment the form is filled in.
- The returned product must not have any traces of usage or assembly and should be sent in its original packaging along with all other items (assembly accessories, manual etc.)
- Proof of purchase has to be enclosed in the package.
- The amount paid will be returned to bank account listed in the form within 5 working days from the moment the package is received. Packages sent cash on delivery will be returned.
- Please remember to properly secure the returned items, as the Client takes responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect protection of the package.
- The right to return the item does not apply if an item was produced to Client's individual order, for example according to particular measurement, method of assembly or additional personalisation.

CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
in case an item you purchased is in any way incompatible with the description published on the website, you can follow the complaint procedure. To file a complaint, you have to fill in the form below.
